I believe in being professional, co-operative and amenable with my clients. With that in mind I can arrange to visit clients, or you may choose to come to me to discuss your requirements over a welcoming coffee or tea. Many clients actually prefer the latter, as it allows them to see how I work. Often, another visit or two follows, to view progress and go through any changes. Of course, sometimes the visits are just as much about enjoying the cuppas and sea views as they are about the design process.
Having said that, many of my past clients are a considerable distance away and some I have never met face to face. In this day and age that proves to be no obstacle to working together. There are so many ways to discuss and meet digitally and online that a personal meeting is often not required.
This collaborative approach ensures that the final product is not only visually striking but also perfectly aligned with your goals.
The Process: From Brief to Delivery
Every project begins with a conversation. We discuss your requirements, your audience, and the message you want to convey. From there, I develop initial concepts, which we review together. Adjustments are made based on your feedback, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations precisely.
This process typically involves:
- An initial consultation (either in person, at my studio, or online via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp).
- Development of draft visuals, for the client to review.
- Review sessions to refine the work, taking into account a client’s comments.
- Delivery of final illustrations or designs in the required format.
